Unpredictability of construction costs - Will the project fail because of it?

We did not sign a contract but only an offer that was or is part of a contract that we still have to sign. In any case, the prices were quite naturally increased again even though we signed this offer.

According to legal advice, this is a contract. I don’t know either; we thought this was a normal procedure.

We received an offer with the prices and a request to sign it.

“Prices are valid until xx.xx, for a later order placement we reserve the right to adjust prices. To place an order, please send us a copy of the signed order back” and that is what we did.

It's a stupid situation. Why have you already sold your condominium? If the legal advice says it's airtight, I would first approach the construction company. What kind of place is that?

I rather don't think so. I've already had a few conversations; they either also can't offer a fixed price, are more expensive from the start, or are fully booked for the next two to three years.
