I don’t want to start a secret language here, I just don’t think it’s right to promote the name of the GU here and then speak badly of it. Anyone from the area will know who is meant, all others won’t. That’s all.

People who come from the area and later search the forum would certainly be glad to find such assessments. Many look online for experiences especially before making contractor decisions.

The provision interest rate is 0.20%.

We are roughly calculating about €2450/sqm but without painting, floors, and interior doors.
