No one can start after 11 pm anymore, unfortunately... I once saw a crane from them standing there. They actually only asked companies that friends have built with in the last 1-2 years... We found that better than any glossy brochure. In Luhe, there is a general contractor who still offers a fixed price and said he can start at the beginning of 2023 last week.

Definitely. In our circle of acquaintances, no one has built yet, we are almost the first. And if so, only put up the shell and do the rest ourselves. But that is not possible for us.
Do you want to build your floor plan roughly like this, or will there be changes? Then discussions and offers could actually be carried out quite quickly within a few weeks?!
So I would probably either try to come to an agreement with the current general contractor. That would perhaps be the most cost-effective solution for the current house design. But only if it doesn't drive you into financial ruin.
Otherwise, I would plan everything completely new with one less floor and pay the facility interest.

Do you want bricks or Ytong?
If at all, only small changes or fixing errors. Otherwise, we already liked it as it was and it made sense for the local conditions.
