That's why the floor plan looked so familiar to me.

From the ground floor to the upper floor it could be straightened – which would be good to bring up, for example, a double bed and wardrobes & dressers – from the upper floor to the attic it can remain spiral, since bulky items can no longer be brought up that easily.

Hmm, , I don't know how you want to straighten the stairs without changing the floor plan. Also, a quarter-turn staircase will probably cause problems on the upper floor, as the door to the room on the bottom right of the plan will likely no longer be accessible. It can't be moved further down on the plan because of the sloping roof.

I only meant to straighten the lower part so that it is only quarter-spiraled ... you come out at exactly the same spot at the top.
