Do you want to hire a gardener who takes care of the well-being of the plants?
Yes, definitely.
Prairie gardens, cottage gardens
Now I have something to google. I'm curious what that is.
I don't want rock deserts either. What I liked about this Rheingrün were simply the professionally designed grounds. But I haven't seen any that I would want exactly the same or even 70% the same. But I think the company could lay it out well.
We already have pretty good ideas for the front. Driveway and walkways as many as necessary - no rock desert - otherwise lawn and maybe beside the path from the street to the house, some bark mulch between lawn and path, where you could plant little green trees or something like that.
Also a lot of lawn in the back. Let's see if we plan something really for the children.
Since our terrace faces north and you therefore sit rather in the shade directly in front of the house on the terrace, we will probably have a seating area or something like that made.
What we don't know yet is whether we want a water feature. In the long term, a swimming pool is to be planned, which should already be taken into account now.
What would be a nice tree that could give the large property character? There will probably be a small maple in front and something small... maybe a walnut tree in the back?
