No, we can manage the building encumbrance.
Just for understanding. The white area is neither ours nor the property of the front house. It leads the driveway directly 3 meters past the left house to ours.
A fence is not planned.
Basically, the driveway belongs to both. We are only saving the third parcel and the building encumbrance. Of course with a right of way.
I had also thought about the "appene Ecke". But isn’t that very bad due to the statics, since the greatest load is precisely at the corners? Otherwise, that would of course also be a great solution.
Hanghaus2023, I think that's too much for us. As I said, we would like to still have a decent garden on the east side, since the terrace will clearly dominate the south area.
Nida35a: It is probably not just this curve (swept path), but around the turn a diagonal from the start to the end of the curve (so a few more square meters). The few extra square meters are definitely supposed to ensure that you can easily back into the garage and also it’s not a bad idea to have a bit of paved area for playing, etc. (but as I said, not too much).
But the idea with the rounded corner at the top left would of course also be great if you could even drive forwards into the garage and then back out. I might have to ask the architect if that is feasible.
