We are well below. However, for us the expensive part is the existing stock. The retaining wall made of sandstone is good. No slope retaining, no new retaining wall nearly 3 meters high, no foundations that have to be broken up from below with a jackhammer. The existing stock of plants can be retained. Without the existing stock, the property would not have been financially developable for us.
At least with properties like ours, there must be something in the scale if two say it independently of each other.
