... except for the extreme exceptional cases where unattended, playing, clumsy toddlers drown in the home pool / pond...

No one wishes that, but extra caution is all the more necessary.
(Source of danger -> traffic safety and supervision duty).

Regarding the costs;
At around €45 / h net for one Gala Nose, with 2 Gala Noses digging through the garden all day, by the end of the day you easily have €1,000 to €1,200 gross on the bill.
Materials, machinery share, and you quickly reach the €100k limit.

The pools already look wow
and also expensive.
Would be more for the swimming pond.

No matter, something like that will come at the earliest when the swing and stuff disappear from the garden. For children, the cheap inflatable one from the hardware store is enough. It grows with them if it needs to be replaced every 2 or 3 years.

I recently saw a water game on Pinterest. It might have been something for you in terms of style. Unfortunately, I didn’t save it, it doesn’t fit at all with us.
It would probably get clogged with stones and sand at some point here that the child or the children (probably the whole daycare gang in rubber boots) throw in and play in the mud. If there are no children, the noisy neighborhood comes.
The large stainless steel ball as a fountain stone was already something special.

Get an offer made and ask 2 or 3 landscaping contractors again. You can still decide then.

Find this post amusing

It seems to me a bit like, let me show the common people what you can do with a lot of money...

I believe you that you are a rich man, but I think people who spend 100,000 euros on their garden are hardly to be found here.

A bit like the motto,

Dear Dacia drivers in the
Dacia forum, what color should I order my new Ferrari in?

Still, have a lot of fun in your new green space.

I find it rather sad that people keep picking on it like that. At least that's how it seems to me when X people keep emphasizing what a waste of money it is to "sink" so much money into the garden. Yeah, and if... one time the hint that it could be done cheaper had been given, that would have been enough.

However, I also don't understand if you wanted a stream or pond, why that shouldn't fit with a modern house – especially contrasts can be really exciting there. But if you also find a pool okay – then it fits.

That may be because with these amounts being added, it is "just standard." The fact that one can sink money freely everywhere in and around the house is beyond question. Whoever wants that is sincerely granted that. But in between, it has already been implied here that one has to spend that for a reasonably decent outdoor area.
