New construction - How to build economically sensibly?

The average craftsman, who works on construction sites every day and goes home with less than €2,000 net, is rarely here in the forum... but he also builds... and usually even much cheaper than winnetou78, nordlys or me... because they, due to the large circle of friends, which also mainly consists of craftsmen, manage the entire construction themselves.

And I just believe that the demands of those present here are sometimes a bit higher... which is also okay... many of those present here often say: "If I'm going to build, then I'll do it right!"... whether for themselves or to present something outwardly, that's debatable... but there are also enough people who simply build to own something of their own... to feel comfortable in their own four walls, to be able to do what they want... just to have the luxury of a garden... there the desire to own is greater and more important than the equipment or the nice gimmicks that one might put into such a house

I don't think so. What's here in the forum is more like average. The "upper middle class" neither has the time nor the desire to chat here in the forum

I also have many acquaintances with rather low company income (2500..3500) and they don't even get the idea to build new today.. Reasonable, in my opinion.
