Good residential ventilation is certainly nice, but I wouldn't call the rest simple.

A house insulated with 24 Ytong plus insulation is cheaper here than the massive version.
Here in the new development area you can get a city villa KfW 55 with land for just under 220,000, of course there are probably a few things missing in the specification, but it's simply that cheap here.
Elsewhere, you can't even get the house finished with that budget.
