See, it works! Where is the house located? Region. Plastered, brick-faced? 163 plus is also our plan. Yesterday invoice 9 of 10 pieces arrived. If that goes off the account today, we still have 70 left. Out of 285 all incl.

Invoice 10 again 16,300, garage is still coming, 7.5. Electricity is already paid. Gas, water, Telekom are still coming with a total of around 5. Painter and floor layer are still coming with 4. Additional works are still coming with 2. That makes a total of just under 35. Then another 5 for the kitchen makes 40. Left for the garden landscaper still 30. He doesn’t need them. Probably half of that will be enough.
Conclusion, if nothing else really gets out of hand now, we will set up the hut for around 270,000.
So we can still afford some curtains and such, 2017. Karsten

Region in Germany would also interest me. Price per sqm without furniture and kitchen approx.? 1750€? That would be an interesting size for the OP.

Well, that frugality turns into asceticism. In my first apartment during training and studies, the mini kitchen of the 40sqm apartment without dishwasher and microwave, with self-assembly and lower price range materials, cost me about half. Only induction I treated myself to.

Then just connect 45 million electric vehicles to the grid at the same time and see what happens... Maybe that's where the problem lies, just as a tip.

If you include the energy to produce the batteries, the picture looks different again.

And yes, Germany is the car nation. Just because electrification of the drivetrain has made it easier to develop vehicles doesn't mean that Germany has been left behind.

As far as cells are concerned, Tesla, to my knowledge, relied on laptop batteries. I don't see what is supposed to be pioneering about that. Tesla is a ticking time bomb anyway. They still make huge losses overall.

When are vehicles charged? Mostly at night. Would the night gap be enough for that? Absolutely.

I have. It doesn't.

If that's not pioneering, why hasn't any of our companies done it? Seems pretty simple... Standard phrase from our industry back then: "Such a car can't be built." Then one was built, from laptop batteries. Embarrassing.

Who cares? The investors are committed, the money is there. No profit has to be realized in the short term. Besides, they currently have the only relevant battery production in-house. Everyone else has to buy in. They have bought themselves a 5-10 year lead through their huge investments.

If a deeper discussion is desired, please move to the OT forum.

Does this American manufacturer of cars with laptop batteries, who does not need to make a profit, actually pay you when you do such persistent marketing for them? After all, there are users here who can and want to spend quite a bit of money. But the topic is house construction!

around 1700... for me 1600 in the deepest East no one says anything either. What I no longer believe at all... are numbers like 1300...1400 EUR... nobody builds like that TODAY (2017/2018) anymore. At least not with halfway acceptable equipment and without having to learn Polish.
