And for example the property transfer tax on the land and house. That is why one should buy both separately....

On the one hand, I read about polystyrene, on the other hand a price that is 10% above your "limit." This is only one offer anyway. What will later be in your contract will be a different price. Take the sand-lime brick of 87 cm: Every second bed won’t fit, it also has other disadvantages, so two more rows of bricks will be added to the offer. Costs: four-figure amount. Colored exterior plaster: colored yes, but no silicone resin plaster, none that is chemically prepared with better quality. Costs: four-figure amount Where is the roof window? You need a roof window because the attic will be the storage room: 1000 surcharge Roller shutters... personally, I have been insulted several times here because I say: you can do without roller shutters. You will have to as well. There are none included in the offer. But you can strike things out: the Nibe for example. Helma will offer you gas at the same price because they get the Nibe by the dozen cheaper, but not the good gas heating. So it stays like that, also with the underfloor heating. Because: only with gas you might not get the 55... Outdoor water tap, lockable olives, separate electrical circuit for washing machine and/or stove: all modest wishes... but still cost money. In the end, you are where you didn’t want to be, the price no longer has anything to do with this offer. For that, you then have a bathroom without shower door and without bathroom mirror. Washbasin cabinet is also not included. Platform for the entrance door, double costs, because the secondary entrance door still needs to be equipped here. I wish everyone their affordable house, I built one myself... sometimes I wished some things to be higher quality like for example the sh* Q2 plaster or the electrical. But we also had to and still have to be frugal. At least we have a high-quality finishing, nothing here is cheap or inexpensive – we do not regret that so quickly!

130 sqm I think, everything included, of course no carport or garage.

The 5000 EUR was the additional cost for extra electrical items that are not sufficiently included in the package.
Putty darker shade.
Doors with glass inside.

Or misunderstanding. The linked ad shows a price and as pictures a roundup from the Hebel catalog. But on the side also a provider (Schaum) - and when I look at his bungalows, I think: that's what you build with. For real. Right?

But you are. Above, only costs for sockets and such were added. I didn’t mean taxes and notary, but the additional construction costs.
