The discussion is for the back entrance.

In the end, I want to have a completely finished house for an amount X, with everything paid for, the building as well as all types of additional costs.

The breakdown is only academically interesting. If you can build for an X of 250k in BB, how exactly does that help the OP in Sachsen-Anhalt now?

That the tip you can give him is to move to BB for cheap building?

It was about the fact that it was written here at the beginning that the house goes only cheap and with minimum equipment for 200000. But that is simply not the case, it depends on the region. I just wanted to justify that, because I definitely do not build cheaply for under 200000. So now I’m off,

But you also fail to provide proof of the great equipment... Goodbye

Nice to see that someone here from the forum is building turnkey for under 200k. Because THAT was considered ABSOLUTELY impossible a few hours ago. Now, after the confusion, it is again. It's always funny to see that debates about prices always lead to crazy chaos. It almost seems intentional.

It is certainly interesting for many to see if the same house which I buy, for example, in Hamburg, is suddenly 100k cheaper 250KM away. So, this information definitely helps in forming an opinion.

For me, a house with reasonable roof tiles, a reasonable heating system with geothermal energy, electric aluminum roller shutters is a great feature. For others, maybe not a great feature, but far from cheap or minimal for me.
