I think q2 Putz, 3 can practically only be achieved through plastering. If you replace the Nibe with a gas boiler, Helma would have to lower the price. I find a 180 l storage tank a lot. How many warm-water shower users live in the house? Half of that is more than enough for me and my wife. Keep in mind, the gas connection will cost around 1500, Karsten

You do know that the house does not exist, right?

This argument: "we don't want luxury, just standard and very simple" I can't hear anymore. Maybe someone should start a thread where everything is sorted and listed what is standard / upscale / luxury, with the corresponding m2 - average price. So people can see what kind of standard exists and what it costs. Ok, it will be difficult.

Similar offers on Immoscout with similar prices can be found in almost every region of Germany. This is purely a bait offer for a fictitious house on a fictitious plot of land. It has absolutely nothing to do with reality.

Quite simple, this is an advertisement. Just like with prefabricated house providers. "Designed" is the keyword.

And in the ad, it's clearly visible that they just include all the floor plans (also other house types) they have.
