I have the feeling we are talking past each other. One means only the house, another the floors, another the incidental costs. What exactly do we mean now?

Hm... so the only "not persistent" way would have been to not reply to the post? I find your bite reflex exaggerated.

The core issue is that changed mobility can also place different demands on houses, and especially those building new should consider whether they want to address this already today, retrofit in 15 years, or think the whole anticipation is wrong and therefore the topic irrelevant.

Which state or company provides mobility is irrelevant for these considerations.

Matching the topic of the OP, cost-effectiveness of construction, we worked out regarding energy that initially a gas boiler, after its death 15-20 years later probably photovoltaic, ideally combined with electric mobility and heat pump, would be the most economical way of living.
Ergo, it is economically most sensible to build the first option today, but also to build in such a way that a conversion is possible later.

House construction + ancillary construction costs + all work to prepare for move-in readiness (painting, floors).

No furniture, no kitchen, no costs for the land.

It was claimed: almost impossible to represent under €1700/sqm.

If you now exclude some of these items, the price per sqm decreases, but then people are talking past each other.

Partially, only the house would be mentioned here.
If I calculate that, I am also at 1700 euros.

So now we're talking about the same thing. So 1700€/sqm in the Uckermark for a ready-to-move-in house including all incidental costs, excluding the plot including all incidental costs.

That is realistic and should give the OP a good impression that, even if you want to build economically and sparingly, there isn't much room to go lower from this price, after all, you've also saved on many gimmicks. And you live in, pardon me, a low-wage area of Germany.

Which gimmicks have I saved, besides ventilation?
