Do you have KNX or similar? Shading system? Then, as mentioned, the ventilation. That's what I mean. Many also build themselves because they want something like that. That obviously drives up the price.

But then Steffen's calculation doesn't add up either. When I always read here about the house price without everything, in the West it's always over 200,000. Then with additional costs, you'd already be at around 220,000 or so. Then we are well above the 1800 per square meter.

Well, I can still understand the ventilation system, but the rest is quite specific. Probably 80 percent of people don't install the other two things. I don’t find that really representative in our calculation then.

If by that you mean roller shutters, I have them electrically operated.

I just checked, I have an additional 30,500 on top of the base price for equipment beyond the standard construction specification.
So it would then be a price for 1,400 sqm.

We here in the low-wage country simply call them [Rollläden].
