exactly this is something I see as a no-go and a dealbreaker. If I have absurd custom dimensions; sure, that takes time and also costs more.
But I would never be willing to wait more than 2 weeks for a standard cabinet door and then also pay an extra price!

Hmm.. if I have a kitchen where standard dimensions just don’t fit, that’s a good option. And how often do you actually replace a cabinet door? If there is a scratch in it, I can live with that for another 4-6 weeks. That wouldn’t be so dramatic for me.
If the manufacturer makes something to measure, it’s logical that it’s expensive and takes longer.
But with a new build, I would refrain from that. If you already need custom dimensions from the start, you usually messed up during the planning phase. (or too little space, or too exclusive wishes)
