IKEA kitchen quality and experiences?

Karsten, if you have a lady in Lübeck, you did buy the kitchen there, right? The hassle comes when you order online. The order gets canceled if the item is unavailable, and you can't reach anyone there either. They can't deliver individual parts, nor can they deliver from a branch – everything has to come from the central warehouse.

At Ikea, there are just quite a few options to equip a wardrobe [emoji38]

I'm not keen on visible drawers with those - a bit heavy, and they sag [emoji20]

My experiences with IKEA are not bad. I always had the same contact person during the "IKEA kitchen expert check" over several months. Emails were always responded to promptly, either by callback or email reply.

The delivery took 3 weeks for us, without the countertop. I did not order the electrical appliances from IKEA either. At delivery, one front and 8 door dampers were missing. Assembling the cabinets with the electrical appliances took almost 60 hours. Our kitchen measures almost 13 meters and has three corners; these corners took a lot of time, as did some electrical appliances and the enormous number of drawers.

After the cabinets were assembled, someone came to measure the countertop, all fully digital and in 3D. The delivery of the countertops took another 2 weeks and the installation, including making the cutouts, took 1 day.
