Maybe like this:

By the way, a real bonus: covered house entrance! Yeah!

Hello,

the last draft really has something. I'll definitely take some inspiration from it. The staircase wouldn't have worked like that, but before I could say anything, you already reworked it. Super fast, thank you!!!

Placing the bathroom between the utility room and the living room actually makes sense in terms of space. I once read that it’s not advantageous if the bathroom is directly next to the living room? I also read that here in the forum. What do you think? Is that generally a problem or does it not matter anyway? The shower/flushing isn't that loud, is it?

I also made sure that all (many) water pipes are together in my plan. So, the ground floor bathroom next to the kitchen, upstairs bathroom exactly above. All pipes together or in one wall. But you can probably overlook that, right?

The pantry is also well solved with the staircase. Unfortunately, I can’t get it next to the front door anymore, but there’s a lot of good in the “shift of spatial conditions.” I have to say that!!!

Today I can’t concentrate all that much anymore.

But I have to build single-story. That is only fulfilled if upstairs is max 2/3 of downstairs (living area, not usable area). The balcony in the south with the inset in the south on the upper floor helps to make the upper floor smaller in sqm. Then the roof slopes and so on, that results in the single-story character.

How wide is the staircase at your place? I have assumed 1m.

Well, depending on what is louder, TV or shower – it’s never completely soundproof. It’s definitely also a matter of materials.

With all these demands, that would be my smallest problem. The upstairs bathroom must drain over the pantry. Laundry over the media room.

In our case the pantry is also opposite the front door. So the way isn’t that long either. It’s not a longhouse after all.

Well, I’m heading to bed too.

That’s a damn stupid rule. I didn’t expect that. That could become difficult.

Stairs are always 1m wide for me. Then you have a walking surface of about 90 - that's okay. Oh, and these are not landing stairs - the others take too long with my program.

In general, to be fair to the others. Back then, I also always expressed the wish that I could go directly from the hallway into every room (including the kitchen) without having to go through the living room.

But I will plan another round tomorrow as well! Good ideas!

Thank you very much!
