then you should be aware that you can't just copy sections and elements from finished floor plans into a new one so easily

I'm also a bit shocked now: you change your requirements for your house quite often - of course, it's hard to accommodate that.

So, could you be a bit more concise? Who’s supposed to read all this writing? And you constantly demand that everything should be read from the beginning again! That would be a nightmare!

So, I tweaked it a bit again.
I would put these bike rooms etc. in a wooden shed on the property. That’s much cheaper. We did it that way too. Then the project might still stay within a financially affordable range. Otherwise, the OP can just attach these rooms to the left side of the garage. Personally, I’d leave them out.

Real ignorance in this design: the sloping ceilings in the laundry room. Are they high enough for the doors? Actually, it could work—but who knows...

Oh yes, don’t forget, the m² aren’t exact (about -10%?) and up there even much less because of the slopes!

Aside from the fact that the dressing room naturally needs to be indented (2/3 rule), that the balcony is there as well, the passage Party to the upper floor is missing, and the pantry is simply too far from the entrance for me, this is a good approach. At first glance! I find the second access well solved! I'm curious what Slammer has against it

I only fear that the 2nd staircase conflicts with the possible roof regulations. At least in the developer's plan, the roof slope is there

What’s that?
THAT TOO???!!!!
but you can just walk through the laundry room...
there’s always a catch

Yeah, I’m slowly losing interest a bit too. Well, we’ll see, Merkmal.

oh yes, of course. The roof is so low. The stairs have to be different. I always forget the slopes - such a nuisance.
