There are many requirements, and this floor plan combines them. If I start from scratch now and commission someone, then most likely the utility room will be significantly smaller or not every room will get a window, or something like that. But is that better? If it looks different/more architecturally beautiful, but just does not meet our requirements?

What is your latest plan with cardinal directions? There are so many floating around here that I have lost track. Please remove these confusing dimensions and create new interior measurements.

Sorry, but what you write doesn’t sound like commissioning service phases, but rather "Look here and tell me what you think." For a complete evaluation of the design status, service phase 1 would have to be completed, and also phases up to 3 even without a design, as requirements that are crucial usually still emerge then. (However, the entire process would be very unusual.) What had you commissioned the architect for, and what fee was agreed or resulted?

No, on the one hand you have more space than you yourselves consider necessary, on the other hand the cost planning is too optimistic. This can then lead to the project not being realizable due to costs.

When someone shows me photos taken by amateurs at their own wedding as a photographer (proudly) to hear my opinion on the pictures, I always say: "beautiful bride"! And I think to myself: wrong background, backlight, no flash, no dynamics in the composition...

ypg, I know what you mean, but it wasn't like that. It was a weeks-long collaboration, I haven't published the result here, but I implemented it in my program or changed the things we didn't like.

I think, with the requirements we have, to create a tailor-made design, we have already done that!

How would you start from scratch, with the plot and our ideas?
Double garage with utility rooms should be directly attached to the house. Each room with a window. Utility room as a passage room into the house, at least 15 sqm. Upper floor central exit to the balcony and to the party room.
Separate stairs to the party room.
Let's assume the rest doesn't matter. Then it will have to result in something similar.
