.. I have to say that a lot of Slammer’s spatial ideas really haven’t been taken into account.
The central point is the living room. It’s about a special orientation for TV/sound etc. … about 400 cm wide and then a sofa about 350x250 cm.
What, what, a cabinet 400 cm? I didn’t know anything about that.
The sofas aren’t small either, that’s an American program, they always have big pieces. You surely mean a corner sofa of 350x250 and not a bed...?
Kitchen now only a simple L,
An L - I don’t see one but okay? What else was planned for the kitchen? Are there shape regulations? It wasn’t in the list.
Possible separation of ground floor/upper floor,
should still be doable. I’ll have to take a look.
Terrace access from the kitchen (which I consider more important, for example, than terrace access from the living or dining room).
I didn’t know about that either. It wasn’t in the list.
In the garage there is no storage space for bicycles, a small workshop, etc. No longer any connection from the house to the party room.
Honestly, I shrank that down because otherwise I think it’s absolutely unrealistic. A party room with 70m² and workshops underneath that are just as big, then has to first explain how he wants to pay for it. And I actually removed the upstairs access in favor of peace and quiet in the residential area.
