I only see one table with chairs in the kitchen. Is that what you mean? In the end it doesn't matter, I just don't want to have the wrong design right in front of me.

Oh, in the plan from BU there is only one table. In my blue draft, there was supposed to be the corner bench? If not, I have to provide that tonight. In any case, the terrace door in the kitchen is positioned so that the 2m corner bench fits in between.

And also here: if only 1.8m fits, that’s not exactly small either! But I discovered a nice corner bench with the red chair people, it was 2m long. But you can buy it in 10cm increments.

Mmh, well, I certainly can’t support that... red chair... nice corner bench - tsts. Well, okay, NRW is quite far from our furniture store. I can let that slide.

I just noticed something. Maybe I should rather swap the laundry room with the bathroom. Although Kid 1 might then live quite loudly... hmm, need to think about it.

.. I have to say now that a lot of the spatial ideas from Slammer really haven't been taken into account.

The central point is the living room. It's about a special orientation for TV/sound etc. ... about 400 cm wide and then a sofa about 350x250 cm.

Kitchen only a simple L-shape, possible separation of ground floor/upper floor, terrace access from the kitchen (which I consider more important, for example, than terrace access from the living or dining room). There is no storage space for bicycles, small workshop etc. in the garage. No longer any connection from the house to the party room.

You can only keep realizing that designing floor plans is not such an easy thing.

What, what, a cabinet 400 cm? I didn’t know anything about that.
The sofas aren’t small either, that’s an American program, they always have big pieces. You surely mean a corner sofa of 350x250 and not a bed...?

An L - I don’t see one but okay? What else was planned for the kitchen? Are there shape regulations? It wasn’t in the list.
should still be doable. I’ll have to take a look.

I didn’t know about that either. It wasn’t in the list.

Honestly, I shrank that down because otherwise I think it’s absolutely unrealistic. A party room with 70m² and workshops underneath that are just as big, then has to first explain how he wants to pay for it. And I actually removed the upstairs access in favor of peace and quiet in the residential area.
