I don’t see a problem there.

There is some truth to that. Supporting the corner will be tricky.

I can only participate in the discussion to a limited extent. It would be helpful for me if the post number of the draft to which the questions refer is stated each time.

Understandable! The question about the statics referred to Katja’s designs on the upper floor, for example in post (Is this linked correctly?). Here I had noted whether the wall between the dressing room and the children’s room should not be aligned with a wall on the ground floor.

The second point was the support of the corner at the bottom right in the upper floor. It is not built underneath. In the original design of the builder variant 1 ground floor, the span of the ceiling at that point is 3.89 m. In the second design of the builder and thus also in Katja’s and mine, the span at that point is 5.3 m. In that design it was noted that a support might be necessary. Of course, this should be prevented.

I hope this makes it easier for you, whether as a critique or not, to add value. ;)

The link worked correctly, and I don’t see it as a problem, especially since in my opinion this wall cannot be load-bearing: it is not that there is "nothing" above it, but at least a presumably concrete roof, which can be reinforced locally in a slab, and even a floor slab would not have to have a slab joint at this point.

I do not know the drawing with this note, only your dimensioned redrawing. Could a "beam" be mentioned there? - I don’t see a "support" at this point as a sensible measure. I do not know where Katja’s six-meter myth (post #77) comes from, but I consider this problem not trivial but solvable, and indeed in the "daily bread" category of the general contractor and his structural engineer – certainly not as an overlooked killer complication.

I mean .

The current architect wrote to me that he wants to clarify this with the structural engineer. I will get back to you as soon as I have feedback here.
