Single-family house approx. 185 sqm - First draft - Suggestions for improvement?

And again about the dimensions: The office furnishing doesn't fit either. Nor does the approximate measurement of 3.70?, 3.80? The kitchen width/bedroom width with the other rooms: how wide should the shower on the ground floor be? How deep should the shower on the upper floor be? On the upper floor, it is currently not usable at all. In this respect, be careful with the whole "generosity" of the house: it is more appearance than reality. And as already mentioned, if you fix something properly in one corner, the other corner will suffer.

I used RoomSketcher. However, it's only conditionally recommendable, as dimensioning is hardly possible without the Pro version.

We simply have an Ikea Pax wardrobe standing in the hallway on the upper floor, and the vacuum cleaner is kept in there. I wouldn't section off a separate corner for such cleaning stuff on the upper floor, as that would make the hallway look less nice. Your living-dining area is actually quite large, but in the wrong places. It gets very tight around the dining table, while there is plenty of space in the entrance area and at the bottom left. I also wouldn't plan a shower with a glass door in the bathroom; I wouldn't want to deal with the constant cleaning.
