A 2-row kitchen requires at least 60cm wall row, 100cm distance, 90cm deep island, 100cm distance to the table; with an L-shaped kitchen, you save 190cm in width, which will benefit the living area.

Thank you for the great draft. I would basically sign off on the upper floor right away. Less hallway space, appropriate room sizes, and the bathroom is also great.

There are basically three points regarding the ground floor:
- I’m still not sure if I can come to terms with pushing the kitchen into the darkest corner. I was actually very much looking forward to the east and south window.
- The living room area is too emphasized for me. We will end up with a corner sofa and maybe an additional armchair, plus a coffee table. Such a large seating arrangement as planned is not important to us. The view facing the hallway instead of the garden also doesn’t really suit me.
- I think there is a lack of space in the storage room. It is the only place for boxes, suitcases, some camping gear, seasonal items... The media room in your draft should be the same size as in variant 2 of mine. That would be 6.5 sqm as a storage room and the entire building technology.

I will have a bit more time later and will take a closer look again.

, I really like the ground floor of . Kitchen, dining, living room not squeezed in a row on 8.5m. :) View from the kitchen (not too dark if not black) through the dining area into the garden :), when there are 2 kids, space to play and watch. Space for any kind of couch with a view into the garden :), space to extend the dining table for the really big birthday, simply super well thought out. On the topic of decoration and suitcases, I only say hanging attic, under the bed, etc., just like in the rental apartment without a basement.
