A few more points:
The wardrobe is too far from the entrance.
Staircase right next to the door means the dirt will also be carried upstairs.
Does the upper floor even match the ground floor? I am confused. Two completely different plans. Or is it showing me something wrong?

The dining area inside should have a space of 3.0m+.

Very sensible with children. We now only have a dining table in the living room and I find that totally uncomfortable. Every single item has to be carried out and then brought back in again. If you leave the dishes sitting for a moment and suddenly guests arrive, it immediately looks untidy. The children cannot watch while cooking during meals, they are separated when mom is in the kitchen. Therefore, a small dining corner in the kitchen is definitely not wrong.

I also like the entrance area. Of course, I don’t say otherwise, ours will be like that too. And the main dirt is right at the door. In our current house, the stairs are even next to the front door and we don’t carry dirt upstairs, even though we have to walk over the doormat.

: You have the wrong floor plan under control

Regarding the floor plan: In the kitchen, it looks like you are planning your fridge by the table. That would mean you have to squeeze between the "counter" and the fridge. The fridge belongs by the workstation, so near the sink, not by the table! Kitchen planning is part of house planning, so acquire kitchen know-how and then plan it correctly right away. You also have not considered the drainage of the bathrooms. Regarding that: simply swapping the dressing room with the bathroom is not the right way either! Is the sh*t supposed to rush past the dining table??? How is your masterpiece supposed to look from the outside? Your window planning seems to be a disaster – none seems well thought out. And if you rely on the Lower Saxony 2/3 rule for the floors, you should be able to apply it! Because there is nothing to be seen of it. A bit of solid basic knowledge is not really present yet?! I recommend, for example, to read other floor plan discussions, lots on planning on the web, or to study books. Then some things should work better by the 20th plan.

Where is the building technology going? The location/plot wouldn’t be bad either.

Well, sorry, but the distance between kitchen and dining table is just 2-3 meters. That’s something you can carry. Leave the sliding door open and you can see the kids as well. It’s just my personal impression. You don’t always have to question suggestions twice. The OP should make a conscious decision and that’s fine. Nice if it’s helpful for you,...

: don’t always question! Other families have different habits. I can fully understand if – even though everything is now always designed open because it's the trend – the kitchen table sometimes should/wants/can remain fully set. I know families where the breakfast table stays set until the afternoon because no one tidies up. So the idea is not wrong. (I just saw someone on TV sitting at the table who had a transparent oilcloth over her cherry wood table to protect it.) It’s just not implemented all that great here, but that would be the smallest problem. In terms of location, it’s actually not bad at all, since you can’t see the chaos corner from the stylish living area.

: it would be nice if you could make your statements more precise. What exactly do you not like about the window planning? On the kitchen side, the windows are symmetrical at the top and bottom. Just like the front and back sides. Only on the right side did it not fit, but I still liked it in the 3D view. The floor plan is based on drafts by 2 different architects and therefore cannot be completely wrong. We also had the kitchen planned in a studio and adapted it a bit for us. I have read a lot on the internet and looked at floor plans and developed ours from that, so I find your comment offensive and not very helpful.
: the knee wall is 85 cm. There are no other building restrictions except for the single-story design. The roof pitch is 45º. I can't precisely draw in the 2 m line; I really lack the knowledge for that.
: I noticed before posting our floor plan that our houses resemble each other. Very cool.

By the way, the building services should be completely hidden in the basement. Gas condensing boiler with solar, maybe ventilation. We are not sure about that yet.
Regards, Steffi
