I didn't mean that you should move the door. Just wanted to explain how it is with us To clarify, our bathroom:

What else comes to mind: Did they choose the door one number narrower (76cm) so that it doesn't protrude too far into the bathroom? That would also be an option for you, so it doesn't get too tight inside.

Draw the desired furniture everywhere in original size, especially in the living/cooking area. Where exactly is north and where will the terrace be? The bedroom is quite narrow. There is only 65 cm on each side beside the bed. The dressing room is also very narrow. A wardrobe has a minimum depth of 50 cm, then at best only 80 cm remain between them. You should reconsider the windows.

Budget all in won't work without a lot of own effort. Only a house in your region with economical sampling is well possible. ancillary building costs, kitchen, outdoor area, carport are missing

You are right. What also speaks against a bungalow are the costs. For me, a bungalow was, I repeat, always just a comfortable garage with more windows and doors; nice and cheap, I thought. During our construction research, I then found out that a bungalow is considerably more expensive, per living sqm (except from one provider), due to the larger floor slab and roof area, than a 1.5- or 2.0-story house.

How does this

fit with this

? Usually the first price estimates increase over the course of the project, but you are already below the estimated costs now, to which such small things as floors, wall coverings, kitchen, etc. still have to be added. I see that as unrealistic.
