What exactly is unclear? Below is the house, in the picture still under construction, now finished. I have labeled the exit door from the utility room. On the right is the garage, the driveway to the garage is on the right from the yard. The path between the garage and the house. On the far right is the driveway to the property.
You come from the utility room onto the yard and then have access across the yard to the garages and shed. And to the garden, which is located at the top of the plan. I drive through the driveway on the right onto the property into the left garage. Then I can unload things from the car and bring them into the utility room over a short distance. And have quick access to the shed with workbench, laundry area, rear garden, motorcycles…

Although we have the garage attached to the house, we decided against a direct access to the house because otherwise, the cloakroom would have become much too small for us. Our solution is a side entrance door, which, like the front door, is located under the canopy (this extends over the entire depth of the garage up to the green retaining wall). This way, you can always quickly get from the garage to the house with dry feet, without having to consider a fire door or similar. This works very well for us.
