Garage on a hammerhead lot: Is turning possible?

We could theoretically widen the driveway there at the top left by paving our property there (so moving what says "bicycles" to the right). The question would be how much is needed. Trying it out on site is currently impossible because there's still a "construction pit" from the demolished old building at that spot. Isn't there some kind of online simulator?

The plot "a" is divided according to the WEG, "b" and "c" are each divided in reality. According to the municipality's parking space ordinance, 2 parking spaces are mandatory. In addition, garages/carports are explicitly not allowed to be placed within an 8m strip in the "front gardens" facing the street because they want greenery there. Furthermore, building lines must be observed. If we place the garage towards the street side, we would have to orient our terrace to the northeast (that is where the garage is currently planned) :confused:

But 8m is not much. 5m in front of garages is almost standard everywhere, that's exactly a family station wagon. If guests park in front of the garage and can walk around the car once, you almost have the 8m. A northwest terrace can also be nice. Not so hot in summer and away from the street.
Present your project in the floor plan section, then you will certainly get help optimizing it as a whole.

I would leave out the gates and add the money to the budget for the paving work.

Are there dimensions of the own property?

I would be happy to try this with scale paper models of the cars on the plan.

Dimensions of our property are approximately 30.0m x 15.9m. We will probably try out the idea with the parking lot over the weekend and see if we can figure it out.

In my opinion, it is no problem without gates. With gates, rather problematic.

I assume that North is up here.

My measures would be: #1 to omit the entrance gate; #2 to provide a wicket door to the left of the garage door and to move the trash bins into the garage as well as the bicycles out of the driveway; #3 to park the Audi backwards; optionally #4 to install a small gate at the transition between driveway and garden. This way, the entire driveway is free space for maneuvering, the garden is sealed off, and only the entrance/house door forecourt area is easily accessible - how many trespassers do you expect that would advise a gate in front of the maneuvering area? (in any case, I would see myself more punished by the planned gate than the rest of the world).
