That may be true, but those are formulas. We have partly looked at the drawings.
Thank you for listing specific cost drivers. That is something to work with.
I think it was a mistake to post the exterior view because it is misleading. That is one conception of how it could look. But I am realistic enough to know that we might have to make some compromises. For example, we might have to say goodbye to the bay windows, have supports in the living area, plan smaller glazing, leave out the third floor and biotope… and the "glass railings" are - if anything - priority 3. Besides, we may have to go smaller.
At this stage, however, my main concern is to understand where we can save space without losing residential quality, which errors in thinking we have in the space planning, which rooms are too small/too large, what we overlooked, whether the rooms are arranged sensibly… and what we can improve.
Then the above-mentioned cost drivers come into play and we may have to make changes according to priority.
