Thank you for your feedback. I currently do not have a plan with wall measurements. I will provide it later.

Bathrooms and toilets have arrived with me. Would you have any further comments regarding accessibility or possible problems? Thank you!

It obviously looks nicer (especially in such a beautiful house), but in my opinion costs 4-10 times as much as a stairlift? Ultimately, it would again be a budget question, which hopefully would only need to be addressed in a few decades - ideally not at all, because the residents remain fit permanently :) - but I agree with you, to keep all options open, one could reserve an area for it right away.

The last times I checked something like that, you could estimate between 12 and 20 thousand for the [Homelift].

I only did a brief search and it seemed more like around 30k to me. But whatever, I don't think that's what the OP is concerned about right now. :)

Thank you for listing specific cost drivers. That is something to work with.

I think it was a mistake to post the exterior view because it is misleading. That is one conception of how it could look. But I am realistic enough to know that we might have to make some compromises. For example, we might have to say goodbye to the bay windows, have supports in the living area, plan smaller glazing, leave out the third floor and biotope… and the "glass railings" are - if anything - priority 3. Besides, we may have to go smaller.

At this stage, however, my main concern is to understand where we can save space without losing residential quality, which errors in thinking we have in the space planning, which rooms are too small/too large, what we overlooked, whether the rooms are arranged sensibly… and what we can improve.

Then the above-mentioned cost drivers come into play and we may have to make changes according to priority.

I can only agree with the previous speakers.
Indeed, a great design!
However, such a building must never suffer from a lack of budget, because then the whole flair of such a project is ruined.

Here, you don’t want cheap parquet, white plastic windows, a standard kitchen, or lamps from the hardware store.
Such a property deserves a good wallet.

The problem with "We build smaller and still in high quality" is that high quality knows no limits.
That means even 130m2 can cost 2 million.

There are great LowBudget projects in this style. But they must also be lived through and through!

I am curious to see how it continues.
