Floor plan of a 200m2 house, your assessment?

True. The whole kitchen is still only roughly placed at the moment. I think the island should be a bit closer to the kitchen. Then there will be more space in front and maybe a small pool table will fit.

Thank you. I hope it stays that way. In times like these, you never know... But the plan is to save everywhere where it doesn't reduce the quality of living and to treat ourselves to one luxury or another.

Simply moving the island during the planning process is still not planning. I have already pointed out the issue of positioning tall cabinets earlier. Unfortunately, the floor plan is not dimensioned at all. However, if I imagine that a pool table (the standard is probably 6 feet) has a size of about 215x122 cm, then I can hardly imagine that the island as it is now or slightly shifted and the pool table will fit.

It is therefore important to also plan central rooms such as the living room with fireplace, dining area, or kitchen with furniture. This helps to check whether sightlines, etc., are still correct.

Why 2 bedrooms on the upper floor? Separate sleeping?

If I roughly calculate everything correctly, that is just under 210 sqm of living space on 3 very intricate levels. With the different levels shown in the views, glass railings, elevator, large spans, I doubt the realization with 600,000 euros.
