These are experiences from practical use! It mosses very quickly because everything settles on the surface, which is not smooth but porous.

The well-intentioned hints about the unrealistic budget are also drawn from practice...

And even if you don't want to admit it to yourself: dropping such an unsuitable, because unbudgeted, plan and adjusting a few things doesn't make sense.

I also don't go to a Bentley dealership, configure a Bentley, and then go to the Skoda dealer to discuss the Bentley configuration. That won't work, as much as I'm sorry.

Yes, one probably has to mention a "newbie" like here again: almost all of us who are active in this thread have already built and gained our experience. Otherwise, Warenwirtschaft wouldn't be here... Not exactly your house built, but others. Most are now reducing the living space by about 15% due to the massive construction costs, which has been revealed here in the forum. In addition, one floor is omitted, that is, the often desired basement or attic conversion. Those who built with an architect had to experience even before the crisis that building a house cost about 20% more than the architects had calculated. Those who built their dream big house really put a lot of money into it. Seven-figure sums. And the potential savings from alternative materials are eaten up again by the craftsmen, because everything that is different comes with a surcharge. At the moment there is a shortage of craftsmen – and those who can do it can do it standardized cheaply or average or alternatively very expensive. Prestige projects are currently not needed.

So nothing is coming here now? One would think that at a certain age you can better deal with justified objections, too bad. I would have been interested to know whether the budget for implementing the original design can be increased or if everything is set to 0.

Could also be that the OP has better things to do for a few days like vacation or work? ;)
