I have to admit, I find the floor plan and site layout very unimaginative and second-rate for an architect. What has already been discussed in 6 rounds to arrive at this result?

What bothers me the most is the entrance opposite the garage, the access to the living room through the kitchen with the slanted wall, the dark kitchen, and the pointless kink in the children's room.

Here, I would be interested in the precisely dimensioned site plan and the development plan text regarding the building line as well as the maximum size of the building window.

Attached is a better site plan. I do not have the exact data. I would have to request that from the architect. Entrance on the sidewalk is not an option for us.

Entrance on the sidewalk is not an option for us. Currently, there are two buildings on the property, which will be removed. The building at the back is a very, very old laundry. The residential building is at the front. And the community does not want to change the appearance for now. Therefore, construction should take place at the front. Yes, we could try now to position the house in the middle, create a new floor plan and submit it. If that goes wrong, then we would have to submit a new application. During that time, interest rates would continue to rise, and eventually the limit would be reached. So I also think realistically, and the current interest rate situation does not allow it for us at the moment. I don't need courage; for us, it is really okay to have the house on the street. We dream someday of having a pool in the back garden. That is worth more to me than a front yard.

That’s not what I meant at all. Is the building line also complied with if you, for example, put an "extension" at the front on the line and connect the house to it? So far, it gives the impression that you have hardly dealt with your development plan and your architect is not interested either.

By change freeze, I actually mean a change freeze. But that will last until next year. Nonetheless, applications can still be submitted. But anything that deviates from the previous state is difficult.
