EDIT: I just saw the post that the garage does not have to be on the boundary but can be 5 m back .. what about a carport and does your car really need a garage? Would a carport with an adjoining bicycle/garden shed be conceivable ... on the green area?

Yes, it's roughly correct. At the top, it's about 18.3 meters. From the bottom right to the bend, about 10.5 meters, and then from there to the right up to the border, it's another 25 meters.
