On the contrary.. you completely misunderstood me.. I wanted to encourage you to fight!! I read from your post above that you can submit a corresponding application to get more out of your property. Instead, you resign, don’t even make an attempt and settle for shortcomings. I have had very good experiences in direct conversations with the building authority.. In a nice conversation, you can address many things and possibly clarify them.

But if everything is fine for you.. then just forget my posts and don’t bother yourself any further.. this is only an anonymous forum.. nothing more.. :)

An interesting plan of your property with the house, garage, second parking space, and possibly a shed drawn in would be useful. If everything needs to fit almost to the last centimeter in width, I find this indispensable.

I would be particularly interested in the main entrance. Parking space to entrance platform?

This plan does not (yet) exist at the moment. However, we have already spoken with the architect, and he said two parking spaces fit. On both sides, there is a little more than 3 meters of space. "Parking space to entrance platform," I don’t quite understand?

Thank you very much for your reply. We tried. We spoke directly with the building authority. At the moment there is a change moratorium for the development plan. Of course, one could still submit an application, but the chances are very slim. And we decided not to do it. As I said, the large garden is worth it to us.

You are making a parking space on the left side, where the entrance also goes. It would be good to have a bit of space between the parking space and the platform to allow passage with trash bins and bicycles.

Don't trust statements blindly, but question such things. The problem is often that "architects" only focus on the house and treat everything around it in a neglectful manner.

Sidewalk width ... I wonder why the entrance is on the west and the garage on the north. Why isn't the entrance from the street?

And as I said, I would make the house narrower and longer. But I currently don't have a concrete plan.
