We have also noted the heat pump. It will be clarified. Thank you!

Why?

That only changes little about the fact that the door to the living area goes through the kitchen, right? I don’t think the idea of integrating the pantry into the technical room is very good. The heating room is warm. That is rather disadvantageous for food.

The room has a depth of 2.44 m, with plaster 2.40 m. That is a bit more than bed width. I would rather call that a storage room. For a living room in a new building, shameful. I don’t know if it’s only a lack of imagination or if the measurements are considered sufficiently comfortable. Where you live now, are there children’s rooms with this depth? If yes, is that nice? For that, my money would definitely be too precious.

I don't see any need for a window. But we could put one on the street side.

There would then be no separate entrance to the pantry. Only the entrance to the utility room. We would separate the pantry, but there would be no extra entrance for it through the hallway or similar.

The children's room is a storage room? Oh wow :) Then what were the children's rooms of my childhood, please (which I still shared with my twin sister) I actually measured here once. My daughter's current children's room is 2.20 wide. And we also live here in a new building. At 2.40, a 2-meter-wide bed fits in and there is still space. I'm sure she doesn't want such a big bed :)

I am not here to read your justifications for subpar drafts. We point out weaknesses. The OP must decide for themselves whether to spend their money on it anyway. It's not our money and we don't have to live in it.

If the current width of just over 10 m of the house remains, it has the main disadvantage that there are really only about 3 m available on the right and left, and you definitely want the entrance from the right or left. That means there will be a step or something, which usually collides with the driveway to the parking space or the parking space itself.

Therefore, the house should be narrower so that there is simply space around the house.

I find the drainage of the bathroom interesting because it is located directly above the dining table. Technically, it would be better to swap it with Child 2, since the utility room is right below there. If the bathroom is to remain there, then plan the pipe route well, especially with regard to the noise and pipe coverings that suddenly become necessary.
