Floor plan 175 sqm gable roof without basement

Back to the previous planning. If the garage is supposed to be on the right, where would the architect have placed the outdoor unit of the heat pump?

I have now measured the approximate dimensions with my Coreldraw and placed an elongated house. I find from quite fitting

Light brown ... possible terrace dark brown lines - fence to ensure the privacy of the garden Overall, there could be windows all around, which I find particularly important since the south side is missing great windows. In general, however, a full-height upper floor is recommended here rather than knee wall 180 cm.

Question I still have: are the 30° roof pitch specified or desired?

EDIT: Just saw the post that the garage doesn’t have to be on the boundary but can be set back 5 m .. what about a carport and does your car really need a garage? Would a carport with adjacent bicycle/garden shed also be conceivable .. on the green area?
