How large do you imagine the pool to be?
Pool is real luxury in my eyes. We would like to have one, yes. But first everything else should be finished. And if a pool, then rather about 4.5x9 meters. For that you basically don't need a permit. How big do you imagine the pool to be?
I also see it that way, that the municipality has stirred up a huge mess with the extra plan for MI3 and all the other special regulations around it, but I don't see that it would be easily contestable. Such things usually evolve historically. We also have a separate development plan for our property because we were the first allowed to build in the outer area back then. Gradually, neighbors joined in until the municipality finally wrote an additional statute for the entire street. However, the individual decisions have remained as they were. The deviations are mostly marginal, which I can recognize here as well. The city of Lorsch clearly states in several places in the plan that a building line applies to Nibelungenstraße and recesses are not allowed. Unfortunately, it does not define what recesses are - which in my opinion would be the only point of attack.
The question is whether any alternative construction method justifies a legal dispute. I see here a rather simple gable-standing building of about 9m x 12m. To the right, a carport and parking space to the left of the plan. Quickly sketched without any claim to originality:

Is it not allowed to "build" anything behind the blue line? Not even a shed or, for example, a small pool that does not require a building permit.
