I have measured the plan so far. There are 2 references (building boundary in the north and building boundary in the west). At the street, I come up with about 16.5 m. More precise measurement is only possible with the Geoportal.

In my opinion, this works with a 10 m wide house.

That is exactly the problem here, we have been asking for an exact site plan for 22 pages.

And, when it comes to the property width, it is crucial whether it is over 17 m wide as the OP said at one point, or, as initially stated, a little more than 16 m.

I had also been saying all along that I don't have the current survey measurements. In fact, my 17 meters come from the building authority's archive. So from a very long time ago. I think we all agree that a current survey will bring more clarity here. But at first glance, it seems to work with 16.5m.

After I really didn’t like the 10m house width .. the garage shifted to the back takes away even more sun and light, I looked at the plan again. Especially since I also find garages with an external dimension of 3m quite tight.

At the top you have about 18.3 meters. Bottom right to the bend about 10.5 and then right to the boundary is again about 25 meters.
