Can't you add dimensions to this picture

The plot is very long.

And, if you make the house narrower, say between 8 and 9 m, then you can definitely fit something about 12 to 13 m in length. ... by the way, the house is very nice.
I would also prefer a front entrance. And, could you perhaps answer the already frequently asked question about a sidewalk in front of the property, because I can't really tell from the Google photo. Maybe also give the approximate width of the sidewalk?

You really have a beautiful house!!
We have thought a lot about it. And we are aware that the plot is not perfect with the current development plan. But we don't need a front garden. We prefer to have more space in the garden at the back.
Therefore, it remains that the house borders the street.
Even if we managed to get the house a bit further back, we would still put the living and dining area on the garden side and the rest on the other side. The utility room really doesn't matter to me whether it has a window or not. The guest bathroom won't have a big window either, no matter what.

I can check the dimensions tonight. But back then the architect said we didn't have much room to maneuver. We then maybe had a bit more space on the side...
Yes, the house is on a sidewalk. But I don't know the dimensions of the sidewalk.

The dimensions in the floor plan look like a "prefabricated" house - do you really have an architect there or is it more likely someone who is supposed to handle the entry in the building application on behalf of the house provider? You can also measure those from the Geoportal.

Yes, it is a prefab house. But we really planned the floor plan with an architect. We are currently on the 6th draft and, except for the change of the pantry, it is also final now. We really were not completely satisfied with the architect, which is why I wanted to share the floor plan here again. As I said, the plot is certainly not optimal, but unfortunately, we cannot change that or the development plan. Therefore, the question would be whether we have overlooked anything in the floor plan or if something can be optimized? But yes, the house will be built on the street side. Silly question, but what impact would the width of the sidewalk have on the house?

To be honest, I had to think a lot about this post today.
..."rather than live with this situation"
..."everything really speaks against it"

Sorry, not everyone has the opportunity to get a plot at all. Let alone a plot that you can build on however you want. If I could have chosen, I would have liked a large open plot without boundaries and not on the street.
I couldn’t choose, the reasons for that don’t matter here.
I have also written here several times that we have no other option.
And such a front garden is a waste of space for me, I don’t need it.
Your bungalow is beautiful, really.
But the statements are not acceptable. What is the hope behind them? That I sell the plot now? The contract for the house too?
Constructive criticism is welcome here and also the reason why I posted the floor plan here. But these statements are really not okay.
