I have to admit, I find the floor plan and site layout very uncreative and second-rate for an architect. What has been discussed in 6 rounds to arrive at this result?

What bothers me most is the entrance opposite the garage, the access to the living room through the kitchen with the slanted wall, the gloomy kitchen, and the pointless kink in the children's room.

I would be interested in the precisely dimensioned site plan and the development plan text regarding the building line as well as the maximum size of the building window.

We were/are also not very satisfied with the architect. The house was, for example, rotated, we had a different staircase, etc. The slanted door to the living room will become even bigger as the pantry is being moved down. It is supposed to become a loft door then. Entrances opposite the garage are not possible otherwise due to the circumstances, without having one side of the house completely without windows, or am I wrong? The kink in the children's room comes from the study.

Why is the entrance not allowed to be from the street? What is so categorical against it?

EDIT: And the dimensions of the property would really be important if you want to try other shapes.

You don't need to describe to me what everyone can see. With a strict development plan with a building line, you have to provide us with the full text including your exact property data. Otherwise, nothing can be evaluated here. So far, it appears extremely uncreative to me. If it were mine, my house would have a proper setback. (No, that is not just simply set back). But for that, one would need to know exactly what is stated in the text.

We just don't like having the entrance on the sidewalk. As soon as I have the exact measurements, they will come.
