But why are you asking that then?
Which text do you need? The development plan?
You can evaluate the floor plan if the house is actually being built at the front by the street as currently planned. You can still evaluate whether the windows make sense, the staircase, etc.

Ok, we will leave the house at the property line. But does the garage have to be there too? Usually, the authorities require it to be set back at least 5 meters to get an additional temporary parking space and to avoid standing on the street while opening the garage door. I have another idea, but it only makes sense if the garage does not have to be on the boundary.

The garage does not have to be on the property boundary. It can also be placed further back.

Ok, we just looked at the development plan. You are right, the garage must be set back 5 meters. The architect actually didn't tell us that. Even though he knew we were planning a garage and had the development plan. So probably a carport then. Otherwise, it would actually change the floor plan, because at the moment the garage adjoins the technical room, which doesn't need a window anyway. Am I really angry at the architect?...

I did not ask that, but criticized it. Yes, you can name it if it is available somewhere on the internet. But please do not link it. For what? Honestly, your architect is not one. I would fire him immediately and start over from scratch.

I have now roughly measured the approximate dimensions with my CorelDraw and placed an elongated house. I find the from quite fitting.

Light brown ... possible terrace
dark brown lines - fence to ensure the privacy of the garden
Overall, there could be windows all around, which I find especially important since the south side lacks large windows. Generally, a full-height upper floor is recommended here rather than a knee wall of 180 cm.

One question I still have is whether the 30° roof pitch is mandatory or a preference?

EDIT: I just saw the post that the garage does not have to be on the boundary but can even be 5 m further back.. what about a carport and does your car really need a garage? Would a carport with an adjoining bicycle/garden shed be conceivable.. on the green area?
