No offense, but how could you manage to realize "upmarket fittings" for that price or what makes the house qualify as such? For example, when I read about 4xxx euros each for electrical work and bathrooms or the AL 18xxx euros, that rather seems like "standard fittings". For about 135 sqm plus basement, we spent almost twice as much on electrical and sanitary items just for materials from the cheapest online retailer back then, and the AL, if done by the company, would probably cost 60-80 k€, yet I would still call our house normally equipped since there's no KNX or anything like that...

I suspect you didn’t quite interpret the list above correctly.

The house itself cost just under 300k. This amount naturally includes costs for electrical, sanitary, etc. The further incurred costs will be for extras, special requests, and indeed the high-end equipment.

I find the whole thing realistic. It looks similar around Bremen and Bremerhaven in our area...

The house price of course already includes sanitary & electrical installations. The additional items were also material costs for e.g. bathtub/washbasin.

According to the table from mycraft, we are between upscale and high-end on most points.

Well, what does it mean that large tiles are upscale? What counts as large, 30x60 or 40x70 or from 75x75? A friend of mine, for example, has Versace tiles, he spent over €20k just on tiles for one bathroom and they are about 10x20 cm, I would still call that upscale. And who tiles 2m high and then paints the top 50-70cm? I don’t think I saw controlled residential ventilation in the list either, although for me that is a comfort feature. Underfloor heating is now more of a standard for me. Poco or Ikea furniture is rather cheap, and the hardware stores anyway. Shower trays then mean no walk-in shower? It just has to please everyone personally, then the cheapest for oneself can be the most beautiful.
