Financing: How much did your house cost?

Here's an update. The house has now been inhabited since 2014. The standard land value in 2020 is now €1050. In the meantime, we have updated a bit. Roof terrace and garden house made of Mukulungu. Market value today (conservative): 1.1 million (new apartments in the neighborhood with similar equipment are now at €10,000/m²) End terrace house 154m² 365m² Good residential area expensive German big city High-quality equipment

No idea if I have posted this further up before: For me, around 300k€ for land, purchase and incidental construction costs, double garage, outdoor facilities, and of course the house :p

However, that was already 6 years ago.

House purchase at the beginning of 2020 for €249,000 plus additional costs Year of construction 1853 around 950 m³ plot in the city center or rather small town. Living space approx. 150 m³ plus partial basement

presumably we will end up at around €500,000 by the time we move in and then we just have to make it nice ;)

Plot: 550sqm around €65,000 including notary.
New build: 176m² gable roof 1.50m knee wall. We end up at about €230,000, that includes everything (architect, structural engineering, soil survey, sanitary objects, kitchen... etc. etc.)
Outdoor facilities: still missing. Will be done in the next few years.
