Just out of interest, how did you get such a large and comparatively cheap plot? Is it that far from R or were you just lucky? Sounds great anyway (-:

With 800m² of land, solid construction with 150m² of living space plus 55m² of granny flat, complete smart home and garage (not visible in the pictures), we ended up at just under 500,000 euros, all in all a bit below the offer. Well, we started building and only got the offer 2 months later ....
