Who installed the controlled residential ventilation for you? For me, it was the plumber! I'm curious if controlled residential ventilation is included in the offer. I assume not, at least not a central one.

HVAC technician. But yes, plumbers probably do that sometimes too. I've always preferred to bring in the professionals rather than "everything from one source." There may also be plumbers who lay tiles, it's not impossible, but in my opinion it's still a separate trade.

But I was more concerned about the price. 20+20 is pretty accurate, there won't be room for ventilation or tiles in that. Plumbing isn't just the nice fixtures at mafia prices from the showroom – half of it goes into the rough installation.

There was once a thread (creator) here who photographed the prices from the general contractor's showroom and uploaded them here. It was interesting how much extra was charged for visually better but still no-name objects. I only knew such things by hearsay.

It's from an acquaintance. That's why the lower price. Without that, it would be significantly more expensive.

Thanks, it's through my brother-in-law. I get it significantly cheaper there.
