Thank you very much for the list - I find it very interesting. So far, things are going very similarly for us. The plot of land is a bit more expensive, but the house is somewhat cheaper in return. I will compare everything at the end of the year and see where there were bigger differences.

The whole thing was just meant to suggest how quickly one ends up with upscale equipment. The opinions vary greatly even regionally. I also believe that the overview is not entirely up to date, yet everyone sets different priorities and therefore perceives different things as standard.

From when is that?
Sanitary simple: ... surface-mounted installation
Interior wall covering of wet rooms simple: ... oil paint coating

I believe, however, that this has not been updated for several decades

That is the current legal basis/guideline. It was last revised in 2010.

What one imagines under upgraded equipment, etc., is up to each individual.

Black on white and for the expert and thus also for the client/building partner, etc., this exists.

That is extremely cheap. Where is the catch? If I deduct the basement €80k, garden €30k, garage €15k and ancillary building costs €60k, it leaves a price per sqm of €1850.

With that equipment, it is never possible. Somewhere there is something fishy. Did you only partially include the costs above? :)
