Near Munich - Semi-detached house with usable cellar white tank, ground floor, upper floor, attic - 140 sqm living space, 70 sqm usable space - Standard equipment (fireplace, Homeway, cork floors, etc.) - KFW70 (or 55) according to Energy Saving Ordinance 2009 - Year of construction 2012 - Garage, garden house, garden completely with rolled lawn, fence, terrace, etc., access paths, parking spaces - Additional construction costs (were very low due to good location) -> All in approx. 300 K€ plus land + external development + kitchen

Town & Country Flair 125 in Pampow/MV -> Built in 2015 -> Single-family house 1.5 stories -> 125m² -> KfW 70 -> Without basement -> 250,000 € (plot 878m², house, painting and flooring work, incidental construction costs, parts of the outdoor facilities)

House: single-family house with gable roof, solid construction, 1.5 stories, 154m², no basement

Equipment:
Fully brick-faced, electric shutters, mostly floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 bathrooms, ground floor fully tiled in wood look, upper floor (except bathrooms) carpet, concrete staircase with storage room, closed kitchen

Costs:
All inclusive, including additional costs (but excluding carport and plot): Euro 263,000
(The plot was gifted to us and we only had to pay notary, surveying, house connections, land register, etc.)

Now we only need the carport, which we plan to build ourselves this summer.

Of course, this is only conditionally meaningful, but it's quite interesting that many apparently do manage to build under €1500 + ancillary construction costs.
