Financing: How much did your house cost?

The question is what you count as incidental construction costs. I definitely have some as separate items.

35,000 outdoor facilities and 15,000 ancillary building costs

That means, accordingly, the house (with everything) around 500,000 (including garages). That seems about right.

For a terraced house from the developer quite pricey. In the "basic equipment" that would be about €270,000 (with basement I assume?)

Since this topic has been revived, I want to give an update:

To date, no construction defects. A few tiles were loose and a few joints in the brickwork were loose. All was fixed under warranty. However, the price development is exorbitant for us: conservatively, our "end terraced house" is now valued at €930K. Location and equipment here carry positive weight. All in all, we feel very comfortable and apart from two light switches in the wrong places, the planning has fulfilled our expectations by 98%.

Where is this gem located, in Cologne or Düsseldorf? Those are Munich prices....

Southern Düsseldorf near the Rhine. Munich is still significantly more expensive, so a bargain.....
