Please also write about the house costs (manufacturing costs), i.e. how much the houses cost monthly in total for maintenance (energy costs, insurance, etc.). The numbers are certainly not directly transferable as they depend on the area, number of residents, usage behavior, etc. But for financial planning, it is important not only to know interest and repayment but also the maintenance costs of new buildings. This way, home builders can better imagine what awaits them and perhaps there are also rough guidelines for operating costs of a house in euros per square meter.

Addendum:
Not a KfW house, but Energy Saving Ordinance 2009 undercut by 15%, thus also no solar thermal etc.

2 adults, 2 children:
Gas + electricity: 1250 euros per year
Garbage + water + wastewater + property tax: 800 euros per year
Building insurance 180 + household contents 100 euros per year
approx. 1.50 € per sqm per month

We had the choice between having a standard turnkey build done without lifting a finger or putting in a lot of our own work and spending the savings on extras. We then decided on the latter and put in a massive amount of work ourselves (over 100 hours per week for 2.5 years).
The fun still cost 430,000 just for the house (solid, KFW70, 165m² living space plus plenty of usable space), but I have to admit that there are quite a few extras included:
- upscale bathroom fittings
- electrical with 5 km of cable and partially automated
- lots of granite throughout the house
- cantilevered granite stairs
- elaborate masonry heater
- special concrete structures
- 200m² courtyard and terrace with large stones and elaborate design
- large double garage with workshop area
- solid garden house with 25m²
- retaining walls, fence, gate system
- video surveillance
- wood-aluminum windows, expensive door (quadruple glazed)
- finished basement
- large outdoor stairs
- exclusive wall design

The comparison is misleading insofar as almost everything, from masonry to roller shutter control via PLC, was done by ourselves in all areas, otherwise, financially it would never have been possible.
Example: Offer for outdoor facilities without garden house was over €50,000, material costs were around €15,000, and everything from excavation to jointing was own work, so please do not take the prices as a benchmark.
Land approximately €200,000 about 10 minutes from Trier.

For a terraced house from the property developer, quite steep.
In the "basic equipment" that would be about 270,000.-€ (with basement I assume?)
